Rendezvous/Demonstrator/Day Trader Information & Contract

August 8th, 9th, & 10th 2008
You are invited to step back in time with the Little Bull Falls LogJam 1850-1920 theme park atmosphere with the focus on historic and nature education. Join Mosinee in celebrating the diverse cultural life that the early settlers of Wisconsin River country experienced.

Interested rendezvous re-enactors should display items, merchandise or activities themed to the 1850-1920 circa. Upon acceptance you will receive a written confirmation. There will be no refunds issued after an applicant has been accepted. Applications MUST be received on or before June 30, 2008. To apply please fill out the enclosed application and include a check or money order, if applicable.

Rendezvous Space: Campsite in River Park
Exhibit times: Friday 5-9pm Saturday 9-5pm Sunday 10-4pm
Set up: August 8thth between noon and 8:00 p.m.
Breakdown: Sunday after 4 pm
*PERIOD DRESS REQUIRED
DAY TRADER FEE $45.00 All Proceeds from sales made by the Day Trader will be retained by Trader. The exhibit space is 10x10 feet. Traders must charge and collect a 5.5 percent sales tax to be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Sales Tax Division.

All items must be hand crafted of circa 1850-1920. Please describe your work or activities. Campsites in River Park during the Little Bull Falls LogJam are limited.

Participation Agreement: I accept the rules and requirements of Little Bull Falls LogJam and agree to abide by them. I understand that if I or any representative of my group do not meet and abide by the regulations I will be asked to stop operations and not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be made for any reason after you have been accepted for participation.
