This role is responsible for supporting the parts needs of the Precision Solutions department and plays a key role in increasing productivity and improving profitability of the Precision Solutions Division. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exemplary, prompt customer service, assessing customer needs and finding knowledgeable solutions.
  • Sell and order parts for customers in-person and over the phone. Customers may include external or internal customers, such as service technicians.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Check, receive, ship, store, and bill out parts and freight as needed, in accordance with all guidelines.
  • Responsible for all parts invoicing.
  • Maintain organization of products and supplies to enable quick location of items.
  • Ensure proper inventory shortage control through diligent receiving, shipping, and sales processes.
  • Perform physical inventory counts on a regular basis and complete physical inventory quarterly.
  • Fluently use computerized inventory system and parts libraries.
  • Read and interpret parts diagnostics and diagrams.
  • Maintain proficiency with all company business systems, including multiple computer functions.
  • Assist in developing stock orders.
  • Develop and maintain a successful relationship with manufacturer parts reps and keep updated on programs, promotions and offers from manufacturers.
  • Drive profitability of the precision solutions parts department and grow revenue.
  • Proactively expand product and business knowledge by studying and staying current on relevant industry and product information.
